the idea behind this project was to write some music that helps a struggling bipolar to find a way
towards a better life. a better understanding of oneself, the mechanisms that govern the bipolar
behavior. learning what triggers bad episodes, and the ability to stop oneself from going there.
for each of the songs i have written some thoughts on what the song means to me, and hopefully i´m not
the only one who find the songs and the thoughts helpful. enjoy!

me myself have been struggling with
bipolar disorder for more than twenty years, but over the last couple of them life has been good, so
